Someone had asked in the checkerboard and I did light research but when it comes to preseason tourneys any correlation to winning one and tourney success?
I have not been to as many as I would like...still have not done Hinkle, Cameron Indoor, Phog Allen etc. But at least based on the atmosphere I can grasp from watching from afar I would go:
Elite programs with best arenas: Kansas, Michigan State, Duke
Good programs with elite arenas: Butler, Utah State, VCU, West Virginia, Texas Tech
Most underrated arenas out there: Charleston, New Mexico, Boise State
Elite, probably not, when I think of Elite that's a grouping of maybe 4-7 coaches at any one time. But there's no shame in being like the 12th best, which is around where I would put him.
Is it possible to list the coaches who have seen the most success from players they’ve gotten in the transfer portal? Or, similarly but different, could you shed light on the 2023-24 transfers having the biggest impact so far?
You did an offensive systems breakdown way back when on the old site that was great, who offensively is pushing CBB with their cuts, and executions on offense?
Good question! I don't know that there is anyone *that* far ahead of the game at the moment...I do love what Josh Schertz at Indiana State does with his dribble handoff sets. The most creative half-court offense still remains Northwest Missouri State for me. No two games look the same with them...always trying something new every time they play. Immense respect for Ben McCollum.
Three guys I would single out on the offensive side that aren't household names: Matt Langel (Colgate), John Becker (Vermont), Eric Henderson (South Dakota State). Tremendous offensive minds one and all.

Prediction for UM - OSU?
Which do you consider the pinnacle college basketball arenas?

Is Shaka Smart an elite coach?
